1. Big Mac Salad

 

 

 

Ingredient

(for 2 people)

  • 400 grams of ground beef
  • salt and pepper
  • a box of cherry tomatoes
  • a head of iceberg lettuce (or 1 bag)
  • half a head of red onion
  • 80g of cheddar cheese (for a healthier option, you can also add mozzarella)
  • 1/3 jar of pickles

Dressing:

  • 1 spoon of alcoholic vinegar
  • 2 spoons of ketchup
  • 2 spoons of light mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon of Greek yogurt
  • a little water to make it thinner

Preparation

  1. On a heated pan, fry the minced beef (without oil) and add salt and pepper.
  2. Then mix all the ingredients for the salad and pour over the whipped dressing. That's it! 🍔

2. Power Cheeseburger

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces ground beef, like chuck
  • 1 egg yolk, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 to 3 slices sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1 sesame bun, halved and toasted if desired
  • Pickles
  • Ketchup and mustard
  • Red onion

Preparation

  1. In a large bowl, combine beef, egg, paprika and salt.Mix well and form 1 large patty.
  2. Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add patty and cook for 4 minutes; turn over and top with cheese. Continue to cook an additional 3 to 4 minutes for medium rare.
  3. Place the burger cheese side up on a bun and top with pickles, ketchup, onion and/or mustard. Place another bun half on top and serve.

3. Vegan Cheeseburger

Ingredients

  • 1 pound vegan ground meat
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
  • 4 slices vegan cheese, such as
  • Cheddar-style
  • 4 vegan hamburger buns, lightly toasted
  • tomatoes
  • red onion

 

Preparation

  1. Divide vegan ground meat into 4 equal pieces. Pick up one piece, transfer to a cutting board, and use your hands to press and shape it into a patty about ¼-inch wider than your bun. Repeat to form remaining patties. Put three fingers of one hand together, and press a shallow indentation into the center of each patty. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high until shimmering. Add patties and cook, flipping frequently, until well browned and an instant-read thermometer inserted into the coolest part of the center of the patty registers 120 to 125 degrees for medium-rare, or 130 to 135 degrees for medium. Immediately add cheese slices to the top of the patties, and transfer them to a large plate.
  3. Dress bottom buns as desired. Place a patty on top, add tomatoes,red onion, lettuce and dress the top bun as desired. Close cheeseburgers and serve.
