When should I order my University Starter Pack?

It is recommended that you order your Starter Packs at your earliest convenience. During student arrival week, some products may become unavailable and delivery may take longer.

Why is there a difference in price between Single and Double bedding?

You may find that Small Double and Double Bed size bedding are more expensive than Single Bed size bedding. The reason for this is due to the extra material required to make a small double or double bedsheet, duvet, duvet cover and extra pillow with pillowcase.

Do the products come with Warranty?

We're so confident that our Bedroom Packs will provide you with a great night's sleep that we offer the security of the very best in terms of product guarantee, 3 Months warranty. The Bathroom and Kitchen Bundles do not come with a warranty, but if there are issues following the use of the products, please get in touch with us.

Where do you Deliver?

We deliver across the whole of United Kingdom, which includes England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. We deliver to all Universities, accommodations and halls across the UK.All orders are dispatched using our fast and reliable DPD courier network.

When will I receive my order?

We deliver to your address before you arrive, based on the delivery date you have selected. Once we deliver, you will receive an email confirmation. If your package is being delivered to student halls, then you will be able to pick it up from the reception.If you haven't received your order, please get in touch with us and we will be happy to assist you.

How much is the delivery cost?

Will my starter pack be in my room when I arrive?

All of our starter packs are delivered to the accommodation reception, from where you will need to collect your package. Some accommodation providers will take the parcels to each student's room, however we have no control over that.
Once you have received an email confirmation that your order has arrived, please kindly speak to the reception team who will be able to locate the package for you.

My order is not as described.
