We aim to deliver all orders prior to your arrival date in the student accommodation. When you have chosen the Products you want to buy from us, the delivery address will default automatically based on the Accommodation you have selected and the delivery date based on the date you typed when placing the order.
Once your package has been delivered, we will let you know via email.
Please contact us within 14 days of receipt of the products for any queries you have.
We offer 100% refund if you decide to cancel your order within 24 hours after you place the online order. In the unlike event that the products you receive are defective, or they do not match their description, we will collect the products from you and offer 100% refund.
If you decide to return the products for any other reason we shall also offer a full refund provided that they have not been used and are in their original condition, with the original labels, packaging and delivery documentation. In this case delivery expenses will be covered by the customer.

Consequently, if you have purchased any product, in the unlikely event that a problem should arise due to either faulty material or poor workmanship, during the first three months from the date of delivery we promise to replace (at our discretion) any part, or all of the product that is defective, completely free of charge.
